From first call to first result

Every engagement starts the same way. Here's what to expect.

Free 30-minute strategy call

We talk through your situation — where you're getting leads now, what's working, what isn't. We'll tell you honestly if we think we can help. No pitch. No obligation.

Typical call length: 25–35 minutes · Done via Google Meet or phone

We audit your current setup

Before we recommend anything, we look at what you've got. Google Business Profile health, website speed and conversion rate, existing ad accounts (if any), local search rankings. Takes us about 2 hours. You get the findings regardless of whether you proceed.

Turnaround: 2–3 business days

Proposal — plain English, no surprises

You get a one-page proposal. Service, deliverables, price, timeline. No complex contracts. If we're recommending a web build, we quote it fixed before we touch anything. If we're recommending ads, we tell you what ad spend you'll need alongside our fee.

All prices exclude GST · 3-month minimum for monthly retainers

Onboarding — we get access, you get answers

We'll ask for access to your Google account, Meta Business Manager, and any other platforms involved. We'll explain what we need and why. Onboarding takes 5–10 business days depending on the service. During this time we build your tracking, set up reporting, and brief the team.

You'll always own your accounts and data. We never hold logins hostage.

We go live — and tell you when

For web builds: you review a staging link before anything goes public. For ads: we brief you on the campaign before it goes live. For local visibility: we show you the GBP improvements and directory listings as they're completed.

No surprises. Nothing launches without your sign-off.

Monthly reporting — in plain English

Every month you get a report. Not a spreadsheet full of impressions and click-through rates — a plain English summary of what happened, what the numbers mean, and what we're doing next. For paid ads, you'll see cost per lead. For local visibility, you'll see Map Pack positions and AI visibility snapshots. For web builds, you'll see traffic, conversions, and revenue attribution.

Honest Limits

What we don't do

Most agencies won't tell you this. We will.

We don't take on dozens of clients

We keep the client roster small on purpose. More clients means less attention per client. We'd rather do exceptional work for fewer businesses than mediocre work for many.

We don't promise rankings or guarantees

No honest agency does. We can tell you what's working in the current market and show you the inputs we'll control. What we can't control is Google's algorithm or how many competitors are in your area.

We don't do social media management

We manage paid ads on Meta and Google. We don't manage your organic Instagram or Facebook pages — that's a different skill set we don't offer. We'll tell you what to post, but you post it.

We don't work with every industry

We're best at trades, clinics, and local professional services. If you're an e-commerce brand, a national retailer, or a SaaS company — we're probably not the right fit and we'll tell you that upfront.
